Job Title: Director Of Admissions

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our admissions team in achieving recruitment goals and improving the student enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive admissions strategies to attract a diverse student body across all university programs.
  • Collaborate with university leadership to align admissions strategies with institutional goals and objectives.
  • Design and execute effective student recruitment plans targeting various demographics and geographical regions.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise admissions staff, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure admissions practices comply with university policies, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Candidate of Ghanaian or African origin with 8-12 years of progressive experience in education or related fields.
  • Good understanding of education institutions and systems in and around Ghana.
  • Minimum of Master's degree in marketing or relevant fields.
  • Familiarity with STEAM and a strong background in marketing and fundraising.
