About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our Systems Reliability Engineering team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Nutanix's Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Nutanix's HCI solutions, troubleshooting and debugging complex issues
  • Collaborate with the development engineering team to improve product features and serviceability
  • Resolve cross-vendor issues with technology partners
  • Test new features and tools to improve product serviceability
  • Deliver exceptional support experience to customers
Requirements
  • 3 to 5+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Expertise in Virtualization, Networking, or Storage
  • Proficiency in Linux
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English with knowledge of EU languages
  • Passion for learning innovative cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
