We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Reliability Engineer II to join our team at Nutanix. As a key member of our Systems Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Nutanix's Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions globally
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues
  • Collaborate with the development engineering team for product improvements
  • Resolve cross-vendor issues with technology partners
  • Test new features and tools to improve product serviceability
  • Deliver an excellent support experience to customers

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Expertise either in Virtualization, Networking, or Storage
  • Proficiency in Linux
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English with knowledge of EU languages
  • Passion for learning innovative cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
