Key Responsibilities- Underwrite and manage a portfolio of casualty risks, ensuring that all risks are accurately assessed and priced.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the Casualty Manager to develop and implement underwriting strategies, ensuring that all business goals are met.
- Analyze and evaluate risks, identifying potential issues and developing solutions to mitigate them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our underwriting practices are aligned with best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in underwriting, policy development, and broker management in Liability.
- Strong market and industry knowledge, with a focus on the Spanish market.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
