We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Leader to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our Business Excellence Leadership team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement and Automation: Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities across all regions, utilizing proven techniques such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Business Process Management Systems.
- Digital Transformation: Drive our Digital Transformation Journey across EMEA, NORAM, LATAM, and APAC, working closely with technology upgrades and stakeholders.
- Client Automation Strategy: Collaborate with our product team to develop and implement a Client Automation Strategy, aligning our Client Experience globally.

- Associate Development: Ensure all Service and Implementation managers within regions are proficient in facilitating Kaizens and committed to identifying and executing process improvement opportunities.
- Business Performance: Proactively monitor business performance/operating results within regions against plans and objectives, taking adequate steps to correct shortfalls through Service Excellence/BPI initiatives and KPIs.
- Sustainable Solutions: Collaborate with operational leadership and represented workgroups to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
- Service Initiatives: Collaborate with ESI Service business leaders and associates to drive the adoption of new and existing Service initiatives.
- Coaching/Mentoring: Provide effective coaching/mentoring in Business Transformation & Process Digitization.
- Associate Development: Actively promote Business Transformation and Process Digitization associate development.
- Project Leadership: Lead any assigned projects or initiatives as agreed with SVP ESI Service Delivery.
