Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Quoting Specialist to join our team at Amazon Business. As a key member of our B2B Quoting Business, you will be responsible for connecting with Sellers and Customers to coordinate bulk orders, improving the bulk ordering experience for our Business Customers and Sellers.



About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of our B2B Quoting Business. You will work closely with Seller Account Managers and Customer Advisors to coordinate bulk orders, identifying opportunities to improve business processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts, supporting them in fulfilling bulk orders by Business Customers.
- Help improve business processes, making us more effective in supporting our Business Customers and Sellers.
- Work on projects to improve the long-term business Customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace.



Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business or account management in eCommerce or a similar industry.
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.



Preferred Qualifications

- Strong data skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
