Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Typically 8+ years of experience with global marketing program management
  • Experience working in a Matrix organization
  • Excellent writing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Experience facilitating/teaching over web-based technologies and large face-to-face audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the applied chemical, life sciences, or general laboratory industries
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Additional Details

This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule, including the option to work remotely. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $127,000 - $235,000, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.
