Administrative Support Specialist

At Mass Markets, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our leadership team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including answering emails and phone calls, providing real-time scheduling support, creating content for social media channels, and preparing presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform administrative duties, including answering emails and phone calls, and providing real-time scheduling support.
- Create content for social media channels and prepare presentations according to instructions.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, hotel, and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
- Standard starting compensation is commensurate with experience.
- Yearly reviews are conducted based on tenure and performance.
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
