About the Role:

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of the customer support team, you will be the first point of contact for clients from the DACH region, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and online chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Verify customer accounts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
