  • Oversee the sales forecasting for the site and handle daily operations
  • Manage a team of sales leaders to achieve objectives, ensure adherence to standards, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Supervise essential sales activities, assist in establishing goals, and provide necessary support
  • Regularly analyze sales and productivity results and take appropriate actions
  • Refine processes, identify improvement opportunities, and aid in implementing solutions
  • Address local market demands, maintain team structure, and collaborate closely with recruitment
  • Drive project efforts to meet revenue targets and conduct routine evaluations with stakeholders
  • Compile sales reports, maintain CRM information, and efficiently lead team initiatives
  • Serve as the primary contact for all program-related inquiries
Candidate Profile

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is essential
  • At least 7 years of experience in technology sales or business development
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful program management experience with large teams
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire team members
  • Experience in engaging with senior executives and facilitating strategic discussions
  • General knowledge of the IT sector and a willingness to acquire new skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on performance
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
