Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Technician to join our team at Green Eagle Solutions. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot systems to identify and fix technical issues within our SLA guidelines.
• Provide 24/7 phone and email assistance for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Assist users with the use of our systems and provide training as needed.
• Monitor server status to identify opportunities for performance improvement and execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure maximum performance and minimize incidents.
Experience/Skills Required:
• Technical degree in IT or engineering, or equivalent experience in administration and troubleshooting of industrial communication protocols, OS management, databases, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) at level C1, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Availability to work rotating overnight shifts and experience in SCADA systems, energy sector, and help desk software are a plus.
• Multitasking abilities, patience when handling tough cases, and focus on detail are essential for this role.
