Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Operations Intern to join our On-Demand team. As a key member of our Partner Support team, you will work closely with the rest of the OPS team to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve technical requests that cannot be resolved by 1st level support.
  • Support with billing requests or issues.
  • Filter and decide which technical requests require escalation.
  • Follow processes to ensure orders are generated without issues.
  • Review CRM conversations to ensure processes are properly followed.
  • Escalate mistakes identified to implement improvement actions with our vendors.
Requirements
  • Availability for 6 months internship (full-time).
  • Previous experience in Billing, Finance Ops, or B2C Customer Service.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheet user.
  • SQL or billing systems (e.g. SAP) experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Developed communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales.
  • Data-driven profile.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory, Italian language is a plus.
