Job Description

We are currently looking for interns to join our Customer Operations team at Red Points. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about Brand Protection and Fraud Prevention in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As an intern, you will provide support to our analyst team in the following areas:

  • Management of incidents related to intellectual property infringements
  • Contacting different domain names or platforms to request the elimination of infringing content
  • Reporting problems with internal work tools
  • Providing information on the status of the compliance process for each client
  • Creating and keeping work guides updated

This is a paid internship position, and interested candidates must be able to sign an internship agreement with their university.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are currently pursuing or have recently graduated in Criminology, Law, or related studies. English and Spanish fluency is a must. Additionally, we require:

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savviness: ability to easily learn new tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in online research is highly valued
