The Role

">

As a Growth Account Executive, you'll leverage your industry knowledge and product expertise to match customers with the best solutions and drive adoption of new features. You'll conduct analytical assessments of assigned accounts to uncover opportunities and deepen customer relationships through a solution-based sales approach. Building rapport with customers is key, so you'll complete discovery check-ins and follow-ups to understand their needs. To effectively communicate our value proposition, you'll need to grasp where each Revolut Business feature fits into the competitive landscape. Meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential, aligning with the team's KPIs.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • Fluency in English (native level)">
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email">
  • 2+ years of sales/commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environment">
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment">
  • A proven track record in telesales or account management, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets">
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills">
  • An analytical mindset to spot opportunities that others might miss">
  • Adeptness at building and maintaining client relationships">
  • A deep understanding of Revolut Business products to become the go-to resource for your team">
  • Advanced experience in pricing strategies and negotiation, beyond basic sales techniques, with the ability to influence stakeholders">
