Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team, working closely with our Store Manager, Cristina, and the team to ensure the success of JACK & JONES. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store operations.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and implement store initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
