Job Title: Business Development and Product Policy Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Product Policy Project Manager to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for achieving project objectives, defining and implementing project teams, and ensuring effective integration of lessons learned.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to achieve customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
  • Develop and drive project teams, including matrix organizations, to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure active risk and opportunity management, as well as effective contract management.
  • Manage partners and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Negotiation-level communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Rigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, team-working, flexibility, and proactive behavior.
