Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all aspects of property sales and rentals in the Benidorm area
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and partners to ensure excellent customer service and collaboration
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business objectives, including revenue targets and expansion plans
- Proven experience in property management, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office
