About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Battery Design Engineer to join our team at AVL Software and Functions GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing design documentation, planning activities, and reporting project progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage design documentation and planning of activities to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Adjust deadlines and follow up on activities to meet project milestones.
  • Present project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage database of design and perform 3D design checks.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or higher, with a strong background in engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of electric powertrains and batteries is highly valued.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, goal-orientation, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Matlab, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in 3D software, such as NX or SolidWorks, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage electrical architecture and CAN/LIN is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
