Job Summary

At Topinteractiveagencies, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Director to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will play a central role in defining and shaping our projects, collaborating closely with our creative, design, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and discuss technical options with the team to ensure the best possible solutions for our clients.
  • Project management, including estimates, timeframe, and team management.
  • Create prototypes to prove out technical solutions and demonstrate their feasibility.
  • Scaffold projects to set them up for junior developers to jump in and contribute.
  • Prioritize tasks for developers to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Complex coding on specific projects, leveraging your expertise in Unity, Unreal Engine, and other relevant technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with Producers, UX, Devs, and QA teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of the Unity engine, with a particular emphasis on AR (ARCore and ARKit) or VR for gaming and entertainment.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Unreal engine, Virtual Production, Machine Learning, or hardware development.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale interactive experiences.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as in code.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong desire to experiment with new technologies and take on new technical challenges.
  • Ability to learn from the team and share knowledge.
  • Strong experience leading teams and managing high-demand, high-availability, and high-security architectures.
  • Confidentiality and security are of the utmost importance.
