About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Connected Consumer Engagement team, you will be responsible for driving our digital transformation strategy and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated consumer lifecycle programs to drive sales conversion and customer loyalty
- Partner with internal brand, creative, and content agency teams to deliver data-driven and personalized campaigns across CRM channels and paid media
- Gather and activate consumer data in compliance with local and European data privacy, storage, and security policies
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize consumer engagement and sales conversion
- Champion tracking, tagging, and taxonomy to ensure seamless analysis and scalability of key findings
- Analyze campaigns and activities, sharing results with key partners and stakeholders
- Align with brand teams on data activation in media and other use cases, ensuring robust safeguards for consumer data
- Upskill internal and agency teams on marketing automation tools to maximize CRM and marketing technologies
About You
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in CRM and digital marketing, ideally at a manager level (L5). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies that have driven sales conversion, customer loyalty, and engagement. Experience in managing automated consumer lifecycle programs, personalized communication campaigns, and data-driven insights to inform strategy is essential.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is a valuable addition
- Technical authority in email marketing with a solid understanding of HTML
- Sophisticated Google Analytics and Tag Manager experience
- Track record working with data ingestion, data technologies, privacy policies, preference centers, cookie policies, and more
- Experience in building audiences, crafting segments, and crafting automated customer journeys through CRM systems
- Collaborator with confirmed experience developing cross-functional partnerships
- Ability to work on multiple sophisticated, concurrent projects
- Excellent communication and time management skills with high integrity
- Strong understanding of consumer data-related challenges in a marketing context
