The role of Sales Specialist - Laboratory Equipment and Solutions at ABB Schweiz AG offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth through strategic sales. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for selling robotic laboratory automation solutions, building strong customer relationships, and developing sales plans to meet divisional targets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing customer expectations, and creating added value for customers and ABB.
Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in line with the division strategy.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand customer needs and promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans using company tools to meet divisional targets.
• Create added value for customers and ABB through effective sales techniques and proposal development.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in laboratory processes and/or laboratory equipment sales.
• Strong understanding of laboratory automation and robotics principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
