About the Role

The Customer Data Platform (CDP) Architect is a key member of our team at Galderma, responsible for delivering successful Marketing Automation Projects. As a demonstrated expert in technical and functional aspects of customer and HCP engagement, you will provide subject matter expertise related to the Salesforce CDP solution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Architecture and Solution Blueprints: Create comprehensive architecture and solution blueprints to meet project requirements.
  2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with platform/product owner and business representatives to develop the overall implementation solution plan.
  3. Design and Implement Data Solutions: Utilize data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes to support customer experience strategies and ingest data to Salesforce CDP.
  4. Advise on Functional and Technical Requirements: Work with business and technology focused teams to gather and advise on functional and technical requirements.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep informed of the latest technology trends and innovations, especially in customer data platforms, marketing automation, data integration, master data management, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media.
Requirements
  1. Salesforce Certifications: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, and CDP Architect certifications are required.
  2. Preferred Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
  3. Data Governance and Data Privacy: Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations is a plus.
  4. Experience in MarTech and Marketing Data & Analytics: Effective experience in MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics space is required.
  5. CDP Implementation Experience: Recent background of hands-on full lifecycle CDP implementation experience on platforms like Salesforce CDP is required.
  6. Data Management and ETL: Background with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure is required.
  7. Data Architecture and Ingestion: Experience with data architecture (ideally with marketing data) using batch and/or real-time ingestion is required.
  8. Marketing, Personalization, and Data Orchestration: Experience with Technologies and Processes for Marketing, Personalization, and Data Orchestration is required.
  9. Marketing Campaign Design and Implementation: Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation, including online ad serving or site serving platforms is required.
