Process and Industrialization Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Process and Industrialization Engineer to join Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo, Sevilla.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive the implementation of first installations with required shop floor feedback loops.
- Create and update routings, BoM, and SOI, taking into account shop floor needs, time calculation, and work preparation golden rules in accordance with applicable processes.
- Specify industrial asset requirements for creation or modification.
- Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team.
- Manage key and recurrent work prep issues escalated by the Production Team/Technical shop floor support.
- Communicate directly and participate in Production Team routines.
- Support shop floor continuous improvement by providing work prep expertise when issues are not managed at shop floor level by technical shop floor support.
- Accountable for Support configuration management.
- Run and support P-FMEA/FMEA.
- Provide technical expertise to the DPE, depending on the division.
- Guarantee full consistency and effectiveness of data (e.g., missing parts, stock, Material Requirement Planning impacts) within the supply chain management.
- Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in the role.
- High adaptability to work on new topics, new business, and in a networking mode.
- Advanced level in English.
