Process and Industrialization Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Process and Industrialization Engineer to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo, Sevilla. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of new processes and ensuring seamless industrialization.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the implementation of new installations, incorporating shop floor feedback loops to ensure optimal results.
- Create and update routings, BoM, and SOI, taking into account shop floor needs and adhering to applicable processes.
- Specify industrial asset requirements for creation or modification, ensuring alignment with applicable processes.
- Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage key and recurrent work prep issues escalated by the Production Team or Tech shop floor support.
- Support shop floor continuous improvement by providing work prep expertise when issues are not managed at shop floor level.
- Collaborate with the Production Team to evaluate industrial impacts of modifications and translate industrial requirements to design and supply chain.
- Accountable for Support configuration management and run and support P-FMEA/FMEA.
- Provide technical expertise to the DPE, ensuring consistency and effectiveness of data within the supply chain management.
- Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in the role.
- High adaptability to work on new topics, new business, and in a networking mode.
- Advanced level in English.
