Job Opportunity:

An exciting role has become available for a skilled Industrialization Engineer within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of first installations with required shop floor feedback loops.
  • Create and update routings, BoM, and SOI, taking into account shop floor needs, time calculation, and work preparation golden rules in accordance with applicable processes.
  • Specify industrial asset requirements for creation or modification.
  • Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team.
  • Manage key and recurrent work prep issues escalated by the Production Team and Tech shop floor support.
  • Communicate directly and participate in Production Team routines.
  • Support shop floor continuous improvement by providing work prep expertise when issues are not managed at shop floor level by technical shop floor support.
  • Support PPE in evaluating industrial impacts of modifications, translating industrial requirements to design and supply chain, and accountable for Support configuration management.
  • Run and support P-FMEA/FMEA.
  • Provide technical expertise to the DPE, depending on the division, and guarantee full consistency and effectiveness of data (e.g., missing parts, stock, Material Requirement Planning impacts).

Requirements:

  • Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in the role.
  • Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business, and in a networking mode.
  • Languages: Advanced level in English.
