About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Governance Manager to join our team at Galderma. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Cyber Security Governance Team and implementing IT infrastructure and systems administration plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Galderma Cyber Security Governance Team in implementing IT security policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement new security metrics, monitoring, collection, and reporting processes.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across IT, corporate functions, and market entities.
- Create and deliver IT security awareness training for all associates globally.
- Manage IT security general awareness training and support through phishing campaigns, training on information security standards, methodologies, and tools, and individualized trainings as required.
About You
- You have a strong background in finding solutions and convincing technical and business sides: security and IT stability.
- You have experience working in an international environment, across different corporate functions and market entities, ideally within a global scope.
- You have training experience in cybersecurity.
- You have good communication skills.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
