Job Title: UABOS Spain: Management and Systems Superintendent

Job Summary:

KBR is seeking a Supply Superintendent to join our team at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. As a Supply Superintendent, you will play a vital role in streamlining production, distribution, and inventory processes, aligning with our goal of efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise supply planning and funds control activities.
  • Track supplies and equipment requirements using research tools and processes.
  • Manage Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) for backorder conditions.
  • Conduct analyses on supply metrics to optimize performance.
  • Provide guidance to customers on requisitioning and parts delivery process.
  • Efficiently manage inventory schedules and address discrepancies through causative research.
  • Perform Base Supply duties as necessary to support work center tasks and ensure compliance with directives.
  • Participate in the development and execution of logistics plans affecting production, distribution, and inventory.
  • Coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide regular activity and status reports to management to facilitate decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen.
  • Associate degree required.
  • 8+ years of supervisory experience in USAF logistics or commercial logistics.
  • Proficiency in Air Force materiel management procedures, including requisitioning, equipment management, repair cycle, and MICAP programs.
  • Experience in warehouse control and supply record maintenance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Military Base Access.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card.
