Job Title: Team Leader/Principal Power Systems Engineer

Grid And Power System Advisory (Spain) is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader/Principal Power Systems Engineer to lead and build our European Grid Team.

About the Role

We are expanding our Grid Consultancy business and require a seasoned professional to drive the delivery of Power Systems studies primarily in Europe. As a Team Leader/Principal Power Systems Engineer, you will lead a team of power system engineers to perform power system studies and/or individually perform studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, grow and develop the Barcelona based Power and Grid Consultancy Team.
  • Drive the delivery of Power Systems studies primarily in Europe.
  • Work on studies that will range from connection feasibility studies for renewable energy developers, to support for ISOs / utilities with detailed static and dynamic connection studies.
  • Develop business opportunities by establishing an external network in many contexts.
  • Share knowledge and mentor colleagues as appropriate, providing technical leadership within the team.
  • Lead the technical development of the European Power System Team and be involved with the recruitment and building of a local team.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader/Principal Power Systems Engineer with a strong background in power systems engineering and leadership. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality power systems studies and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
