Job Title: Jr Power Electronics Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Jr Power Electronics Application Engineer to join our team at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS). As a leading international semiconductor company, we create cutting-edge solutions to improve the quality of life with green, easy-to-use products.

Job Summary:

  • Validate power integrated circuits to meet the required specifications.
  • Prepare hardware and software setups, together with our hardware & simulation team, to measure all required parameters of our IC.
  • Develop schematics and PCBs for new solutions.
  • Work with the IC design team to debug and troubleshoot the device under test.
  • Generate documentation and reports of all performed tests.

Requirements:

  • MS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in verification and troubleshooting of electronic circuits (firmware and hardware).
  • Experience using electronic laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation.
  • Self-motivated, strong team player.
