Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our New Product Development projects and other product projects with high complexity in terms of organization.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Manage project teams to meet project goals within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints

\u2022 Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management

\u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

\u2022 Identify and mitigate project risks

\u2022 Develop and manage project budgets

\u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

About the Position

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our New Product Development projects. You will work closely with our R&D teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

\u2022 Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry

\u2022 Strong leadership and communication skills

\u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

\u2022 Experience with project management tools and software
