About the Position

The R&D Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development of new products and managing project teams to meet project goals within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, including senior management and customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a R&D environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and manage project budgets and timelines.
