Responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect, you will lead and orchestrate the IT solution process, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with current security and compliance requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into solution designs. You will create clear and comprehensive documentation of solution designs, including architecture diagrams and integration descriptions, and present them to the Architecture Board. You will select appropriate technology stacks and platforms based on governance policies of Enterprise Architecture to maintain consistency in the system landscape of the Agricultural Solutions department. You will regularly validate governance policies against requirements and collaborate with AP Enterprise Architecture if adjustments are necessary. You will continuously review existing solution designs to identify risks and vulnerabilities and provide suggestions for mitigation. You will provide mentorship and guidance to product teams and IT Delivery Leads throughout the entire product lifecycle to implement solutions within product timelines and budgets. You will stay updated on changes in governance policies, as well as new technology offerings in the market and their relevance to our environment.

Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, further education in IT/Digitalization
• Experience in at least two comparable positions
• Leadership experience within agile organizations
• Project experience
• Work experience within Digital teams and jobs
• IT feasibility study
• IT Infrastructure/system landscape
• Process management and improvement
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Technologies in own operational area
• Communication skills, advanced English
• Strong understanding of web security practices and performance measurement
• System integration, standard applications, consulting methods, moderation, project management and change management
