About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Lenovo. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping our digital workplace solutions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope customer and solution requirements through meetings, analysis, and requirements workshops
  • Translate requirements into architectures and solutions delivered by Lenovo
  • Create business case collateral and develop cost-effective solutions
  • Drive technical certification and validation for customer solutions and architecture
  • Anticipate future trends and develop solution visions
  • Challenge existing processes to ensure the best solution for the customer
  • Maintain current understanding of technology, tools, and toolsets in the industry
  • Develop strong customer relationships and work autonomously across regions and functions
Requirements
  • Ability to interpret customer business and technical requirements
  • Deep understanding of digital workplace architectures and transformation programs
  • End-user workplace environment technical knowledge, including business value, use cases, and migration
  • Experience in creating and presenting business cases and cost models
  • 5+ years' experience in requirements definition, project management, change management, and problem-solving
  • Industry-recognized accreditations and certifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Business fluent Spanish and English
