About the Role:
As a Store Manager at Reconocida Empresa, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales growth. Your primary focus will be on recruiting, training, and developing a team of retail professionals who are passionate about delivering world-class service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that the store operates within budget and achieves financial targets.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless inventory management and efficient stock replenishment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service and sales experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze business trends and reports to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of the local retail environment.
