Financial Planning and Control Specialist

As a Financial Planning and Control Specialist at Vodafone, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the commercial decisions are taken in an efficient way, aligned with Strategic Guidelines, Budget, and Commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate information and results with different areas (Business Unit, Financial Planning, ...) to ensure commercial inputs received from commercial/operational managers are consistent, ambitious, well balanced, and aligned with strategy.
- Support business unit in financial related issues, identify key opportunities to maximise efficiency of the business decisions, and execute and support the month end closing process in Enterprise Business Unit.
- Produce biweekly P&L estimations, identify any potential risks to achieve Budget targets, and ensure accurate and timely information to the business.
- Provide insightful and added value analysis to drive business objectives, provide regular & ad-hoc Financial & Business analysis to support the management team, and provide actionable recommendations to the business unit Managers.
- 3+ years experience in financial planning, control, and decision support, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Fluent in English, high level of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Office suite.
- Experience in the telco industry is a plus, SAP knowledge desirable (MM, CO, FI).
- #LI-Hybrid (60% home – 40% office) and flexible hours.
