Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Expert to join our team as a DevSecOps Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing DevSecOps practices, tools, and processes to ensure the security and integrity of our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Capture Demand and Consultation: Collaborate with teams to identify and implement the right DevSecOps approach, combined with best-in-class tools and practices.
  2. Tool Optimization: Optimize the tools used to meet the specific needs of our projects and teams.
  3. Global Team Collaboration: Work closely with our global team to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  4. Training and Development: Create and provide training in the DevSecOps area to ensure our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  5. Deeper Integration: Integrate solutions and tools into our BASF processes, such as pipeline integration and GRC process integration.
  6. Project and Pipeline Creation: Create and customize projects and pipelines in Azure DevOps to meet our specific needs.
  7. Application Integration: Integrate additional applications to Azure DevOps, such as Sonarqube, Microfocus Fortify, and Artifactory.

Requirements

  1. Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) certification.
  2. Agile Experience: Experience in Agile ways of working and Agile implementation approach.
  3. DevSecOps Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, including Scrum and alternative Agile certifications.
  4. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps, integration of additional applications to Azure DevOps, Sonarqube, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools (CI/CD), and SAST/DAST Container Scanning.
  5. Soft Skills: Ability to work self-organized, willingness for self-development in additional applications of the BASF DevSecOps area, and fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
