Job Description:
The Procurement Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of professional buyers in meeting the needs of internal customers on a timely basis, while delivering the best possible value to the organization.
This is accomplished by managing the procurement process for assigned commodities, customers, and/or locations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and be fluent in English (spoken & written).
Requirements:
- 2+ years as manager/senior buyer in large-scale procurement with spend over SAR 10M, including international sourcing.
- 5+ years in sourcing within large procurement or supply chain setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for assigned commodities, customers, and/or locations.
- Lead a team of professional buyers in meeting the needs of internal customers on a timely basis.
- Deliver the best possible value to the organization.
