Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-sales activities for designated accounts, including solution design, estimation, planning, and outlining assumptions. Communicate the client's vision, objectives, and expectations to the project team.
- Delegate and oversee team assignments, managing workloads, leave, and absences throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project advancement to ensure adherence to deadlines, scope, and budgetary constraints.
- Manage change requests to keep all stakeholders informed about any impacts on timelines and financials.
- Provide updates on project status to clients and the Customer Success Manager (CSM). Facilitate follow-up meetings and steering committees.
- Notify operations management of potential deviations and develop communication and risk mitigation strategies.
- Supervise all project documentation, ensuring that deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Conduct project demonstrations for clients.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
- Foster client relationships and pursue high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project.
- Ensure project goals are achieved, conducting evaluations post-project to identify successful and less successful elements.
- Responsible for distributing customer satisfaction surveys related to the project.
- Identify potential opportunities for Up & Cross-Selling within the account.
- Lead team retrospectives to uncover opportunities for internal enhancements.
- Engage in the development, training, and mentorship of the assigned team, offering guidance to enhance their skills.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in project management roles.
- At least 3 years involved in comprehensive CRM implementation processes.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).
- Proficient in English at a medium to high level.
