About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica and oversee the delivery of internal and outsourced projects in the Clinical Analytics department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations.
  • Delivering projects on time and within budget to meet the desired business objectives.
  • Establishing plans and initiating project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimates, resources, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring appropriate use of project management methods and tools depending on the type of project (e.g., Agile).
  • Directing outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of the project and effective use of resources.
  • Monitoring and controlling execution of projects and establishing project governance, managing risks and issues.
  • Ensuring project adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope.

Requirements

  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially in the Drug Development function.
  • Knowledge of GxP, 21CFR Part 11, and the CSV lifecycle.
  • Experience as a Product Owner for Platforms or large complex solutions is an added advantage.
  • Proficient skills in global teams, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, working in a matrix environment, and conflict resolution.
  • 3+ years of working knowledge on product management and agile methodologies.
  • Exposure/working experience in digital innovation projects is an added advantage.
  • Data strategy, data science, or data standardization experience is an advantage.
