Job Summary

Novartis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of internal and outsourced projects in the Clinical Analytics department.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Project Delivery: Managing the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to transition to operations.
  • Project Planning: Establishing project plans and initiating project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Project Governance: Ensuring appropriate use of project management methods and tools, directing project team outputs, and monitoring and controlling project execution.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, ensuring project adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially in the Drug Development function.
  • Skills: Proficient skills in global teams, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, working in a matrix environment, and conflict resolution.
  • Agile Methodologies: 3+ years of working knowledge on product management and agile methodologies.
