IT Project Manager Global Clinical Operations

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support our Global Clinical Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing medium-complexity projects, ensuring the delivery of IT solutions that meet business requirements and align with the overall IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations.
- Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, managing risks and issues.
- Ensure effective use of resources and project management methods, tools and practices.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives.
- Provide transparent and accurate project reporting including overall performance of the project and project documentation completion.
- Own project status, issues and risks through appropriate channels / tools and ensures that these are reported back to agreed project governance (e.g., Steering Committee) with focus on required actions, ownership, and risk management.
- Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams, DDIT Functions and Domains in the organization, as well as strategic suppliers providing services to the project.
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business or similar OR relevant experience.
- Certified in PMP or Agile/Scrum or PRINCE 2 is preferred.
- Prior experience in delivering GxP solutions within GDD Clinical IT landscape.
- Knowledge of clinical development operations systems, processes and tools is desirable.
- Ability to work and collaborate in matrixed teams to deliver projects with interdependencies like integration components.
- Experience using various project management methodologies including Agile.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to help the Program lead / portfolio lead to structure plan, estimate, deliver, deploy and operate the project as required.
- 15 years of experience in Project Management.
