- Direct project teams and maintain control of progress, quality, and budget to meet desired business objectives.
- Setup and run all project-related meetings and maintain the record of actions, decisions, issues, and risks.
- Ensure a smooth transition to operations and the optimal planning and execution of all activities associated with a release.
- Manage diverse set of senior stakeholders in the organization by effectively displaying excellence in soft skills.
- Execute innovative, impactful, cost-effective, and measurable programs, tightly aligned to business objectives.
About the Role
As a Project Manager at Novartis Farmacéutica, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations. You will monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, managing risks and issues. You will ensure effective use of resources and project management methods, tools, and practices.
Requirements
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business or similar.
- Certified in PMP or Agile/Scrum or PRINCE 2 is preferred.
- Prior experience in delivering GxP solutions within Global Drug Development Clinical IT landscape is desirable.
- Knowledge of clinical development operations systems, processes, and tools is desirable.
- Ability to work and collaborate in matrixed teams to deliver projects with interdependencies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
