Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Team Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact for your area and take on technical leadership of the team.
  • You will be responsible for staff scheduling and ensuring the optimization of defined processes and standards.
  • Your tasks will include creating and maintaining work instructions and updating them in consultation with your team leader, as well as implementing team KPIs and deriving necessary measures from them.
  • You will also be responsible for training new employees and maintaining cleanliness and order within your area of operation.
Requirements:
  • You have successfully completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse specialist, or comparable training, and have ideally gained some management experience.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and think in a solution-oriented and innovative way.
  • You are a team player and have the ability to assert yourself.
  • You have a high demand for quality and process reliability and can identify with your company and its values.
  • Your profile is rounded off by a very good or good command of written and spoken German and English, as well as good MS Office skills.
