Join Irobot's dynamic team as an Accounting Manager, EMEA, and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and analytical skills. As a key member of our accounting organization, you will be responsible for managing the account receivable function for the UK and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily activities of a team of AR Specialists, ensuring deadlines and priorities are understood and met.
- Ensure the team works efficiently with all available tools and understands company policies, regional markets, and customer specifics.
- Oversee the issuance of system-generated and manual invoices/credit memos, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Reconcile customer accounts, maintain AR aging reports, and book deductions in a timely manner.
- Motivate, coach, and develop the team during weekly catch-up sessions and periodic reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, ACCA or similar qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in public accounting or a similar accounting role.
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system and strong Excel skills.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Desire for continued career progression.
- Highly effective communication skills, both oral and written.
