Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. You will also lead the process of consolidating financial statements for our clients and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Consolidation: Lead the process of consolidating financial statements for our clients.
- Month-End and Year-End Closing: Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciling accounts, journal entries, and accruals.
- Compliance: Prepare and review annual accounts.
- Project Management: Responsible for delivery planning and economic project management, KPIs monitoring, and compliance with all legal documentation.
- People Management: Responsible for leadership and professional development of your team, developing and retaining individuals identified as talent, preparing performance reviews, and acting as a technical reference for your team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting outsourcing services or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in Business Central.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
