Ambitious sales professionals are sought to drive growth in the German-speaking market. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a native-level understanding of German, and experience in outbound sales or business development.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and promoting our technology solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients in the DACH region via cold calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored solutions, providing initial assessments on how our products can help achieve their goals.
- Building Relationships: Establish trust with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to foster long-term relationships.
- Market & Competitor Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and account management teams to ensure seamless lead transition and communication.
- Sales Strategy & Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets, managing outreach activities effectively.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native or near-native level of German (C2) and fluent English (C1/C2), both spoken and written.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to understand and communicate complex technology solutions.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SaaS, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
