Drive the Green Energy Revolution as a Bid Manager at Ramboll

Ramboll is at the forefront of the green energy revolution, enabling offshore wind installations to align with global and national net zero targets. We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to lead successful bids for offshore wind projects on a global scale.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
  • Support the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
  • Plan, prepare, and compile compelling, well-written, and precise proposals and bid documents.
  • Utilize and manage Ramboll's internal tools and processes to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication, and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
  • Enhance our sales processes, tools, templates, and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
About You

As a Bid Manager at Ramboll, you will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, which supports Ramboll's global wind division with client & market insights in various geographies and is responsible for its bid management and sales processes. You will coordinate, guide, and support cross-functional teams, establishing compliance with client and Ramboll Group requirements and guidelines.
