About the Role

Ramboll is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to drive project-specific bid processes and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals. As a key member of our global Wind team, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers and tender teams to develop and execute successful proposals, applying your commercial and technical expertise to support account management and regional commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
  • Support creation of bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
  • Plan, prepare, and compile compelling, well-written, and precise proposals and bid documents.
  • Utilize and manage Ramboll's internal tools and processes to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication, and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
  • Enhance sales processes, tools, templates, and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
