We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team at the Schindler Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong business process knowledge to create impactful reports for our Group and Country management, enabling them to lead with data insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advancing data modelling skills with a focus on consistency, simplification, and improving understanding.
  • Focusing on middle and long-term development planning to meet overall project goals.
  • Managing the backlog of your scrum team by breaking down and prioritizing requirements so that your team can ship value every sprint.
  • Aligning vision accordingly with the Product Owner by making it happen.
  • Leading your team by defining clear sprint goals and sprint backlog.
  • Demonstrating new or enhanced reports to gather user feedback to ensure the usefulness and impact of our solutions.
  • Testing the results of your reports thoroughly with your team to match the expected results.
  • Supporting Business Change Managers on our Standard Reporting solutions adoption country-wise.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in various BI projects with solid knowledge in one of the leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Einstein Analytics or Tableau) for data analytics, visualizations, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree or engineering.
  • Full BI lifecycle experience (from requirement gathering to data collection up to the reporting).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into impactful reports.
  • Eagerness for change management and driving digitalization within a multinational environment.
  • Strong business knowledge of the Sales process related to Funnel management as well as Performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and SAP FI/CO modules is a plus.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment, empathic, and team-playing.
  • Highly organized; able to structure and manage large quantities of complex information.
  • Proficiency in English and proactive communication effectively with all levels of staff and management.
