We offer a competitive salary of €25,000 per year, plus benefits including 40 hours of work per week, 2 consecutive days off, and accommodation provided on site.

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Fine Dining Server Assistant to join our small integrated restaurant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, assisting with food and beverage preparation, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A passion for food and wine
• Excellent social skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Intermediate Spanish language skills
• Driving license
